I used Donna for the first time last week to feed my three cats whilst I was away. I was impressed by her friendly, confident manner, and the way she introduced herself to the cats. It was a great load off my mind whilst I was away that the guys were being well fed and cared for in their own territory and home ground, so I was able to relax and enjoy my trip too! I shall certainly be using Donna’s services in the near future and can highly recommend her! Thank you Donna.

Donna has been walking our rescue greyhound Faye for well over a year now. Faye is quite fussy and set in her ways - but she has no issues heading out with Donna.
I was really impressed with how Donna took the time to get to know Faye and her personality and quirks - it’s no wonder she is greeted with such excitement!
Donna clearly loves and understands dogs - I have no hesitation in highly recommending her services.

Donna has been walking my Tibetan Terrier Rev for almost year now. I cannot recommend her services enough and Rev is clearly very fond of her. The regular Whatsapp updates, photos and videos are a nice touch leaving me in no doubt that my dog is in very good hands.

We are so glad we found Donna! Having recently moved to the area we needed to find someone reliable and trustworthy quickly to look after our energetic but nervous Doris. Doris is always shy of new people but immediately went to Donna as soon as she arrived for a meet and greet, which was brilliant. D goes off happily with Donna each week for fun and frolics with her doggy friends, which I get to see through pics and videos. She comes back relaxed and ready for a little snooze! Donna has made our lives so much easier knowing D is in good hands and most importantly enjoys going out. Our other dog Stevie enjoys her comfort break too which gives me a bit more time to do shopping etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Donna!

I have been delighted with the service Donna provides from day 1. She provides an excellent service all round. She is enthusiastic, caring, trustworthy, reliable and conscientious. It's so important when entrusting your beloved family pet to someone else's care that you feel comfortable right from the start and this is exactly how Donna made me feel. I get regular updates from her and the little videos she sends of my dog out with his doggie friends makes me feel so happy.

I can’t praise Donna enough for how amazing she is with my 2 girls. I was so worried about leaving them with someone I didn’t know whilst I went to work but as soon as I met Donna she put me at ease and the girls took to her straight away. She sends me pictures and videos of my girls on their walks and can see how happy they both are. Highly recommend Hugo’s Ark Pet Services.

I was really apprehensive about not only entrusting someone with my baby (my then 5 month cocker Benji, now 6 months!) But also entry into my new home. Donna has been a blessing to us, she's really easy to get on with, really communicative, and exudes passion for what she does. We live in the ilkeston area, so quite a distance for Donna to travel to, but this is no bother to her at all, she regularly updates me on her plans for the week and rough timings for Benji's walks (she takes him to some beautiful places near me I never knew existed!), meaning I am also able to plan my evening (if I need to go food shopping for example!)
Benji absolutely adores her and all the new friends he has made in the short time we have been a client of Donna, you only have to see the photos and videos to see what a fabulous time he is having, which I cannot put a price on.
Donna is happy and encourages a meeting before agreeing to work together, which really put our mind at ease, to get to know her and what makes her tick. She's a very down to earth, family oriented lady. She also provided me with references of current and previous clients that were happy to speak with me on the phone of their experiences which was also a comfort to us, being new to this!
I can't recommend Donna enough for anyone considering help with their fur babies when you can't always be around :)

I put a lot of thought before I decided to get some help with my labrador Monty as he is my baby and I didn’t want to leave him with anyone, especially as he has some problems with his hips. So when I saw Donna website I got a good feeling that I confirmed when I met her and since then she has been looking after our labrador a couple of times per week. I was really lucky to find Donna.
You can tell that she loves animals and every time she knocks our door, Monty is soooo happy to see her! Donna not only walk dogs but she does care about them, making sure they have the right exercise and change their walks on regular basis so they don’t get bored. I’d highly recommend Donna! She is amazing and even pampered our Monty with a lovely Christmas gift! That tells you that she is totally dedicated and loves her job. The best decision I ever took was to contact Donna to look after our Monty, a very happy 3 years old labrador.

Donna has been walking our boxer Beau for the last few weeks. In that time we can see that she has a genuine affection for Beau and knows her character well.
We love getting updates and videos of the walks,
seeing Beau having fun with her new friends is lovely.
Donna insisted we saw her CRB check and insurance details when we met and discussed our requirements.
We have no hesitation in recommending Donna's dog walking service, how did we manage before!

Hi I'm Betty an extremely active chalky. I absolutely love my dog walker, really look forward to spending time with her and Hugo, my new friend.

I used Donna at Hugo's Ark Pet Services recently to Dog Sit and my dogs were very well looked after. They were excited to have Hugo come along. Definitely two happy dogs greeted me on my return home. Would recommend.
